What the dates show
Easy18, 2019. Our first building in International City, completed six days after the estimated date.
Easy19, 2021. Completed five months ahead of the estimated date, in the middle of a period when a lot of Dubai projects slipped.
Luma21, 2023. Our first building in Jumeirah Village Circle, completed almost four months early. Luma21 moved us from compact apartments to a full-amenity community building, and it set the template for everything we’ve built since.
Luma22, 2024. Completed two months early. At 407 apartments it was our largest building at the time.
Luma Park Views, 2025. Our largest project to date, 600 apartments over a landscaped park, completed in October 2025 against an estimated date of June 2026. More than eight months ahead. Luma Park Views was named Best Luxury Apartment Living in Dubai at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2026.
What’s being built now
Ashley Hills in Arjan and 11 Hills Park in Dubai Science Park are both scheduled for handover in Q1 2027, with a 20/80 payment plan: 20% on booking and 80% on handover. Construction updates for both are published on the site every month, with site photos, so you can follow progress the same way our previous buyers did.

Frequently asked questions
Has TownX ever delivered a project late?
Of our five completed buildings, four were completed months before the estimated date. The first, Easy18, was completed six days after the estimated date in August 2019. The dates for all five are listed on this page.
Has TownX ever cancelled a project?
No. Every project TownX has launched has been completed, or is currently under construction with a published handover date.
How can I check a developer’s delivery record in Dubai?
Search the project name in the Dubai REST app or on the Dubai Land Department website. Registered projects show their completion status and history. You can also ask a registered broker to pull the record, or simply visit the completed buildings.
When are Ashley Hills and 11 Hills Park handing over?
Both are scheduled for handover in Q1 2027. Monthly construction updates with site photos are published on townx.com.
