• 10 percent is due upon signing of the application form
• 20 percent is due upon signing the sales and purchase agreement
• 30 percent is due when construction is 60 percent complete*
• 30 percent is due when construction is 80 percent complete*
• 10 percent is due when construction is 100 percent complete*
* As determined by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), the regulatory arm of Dubai Land Department.
