Investor favourite International City clocks up ten percent rental returns due to healthy demand from those migrating from other emirates
UAE real estate continues to provide some of the highest returns in the world according to Property Finder’s active listing data.
Lukman Hajje, chief commercial officer of Property Finder, said: “Typically, smaller properties produce better rental yields than larger ones.”
Newer, emerging communities offer higher gross rental yields than more established communities and often have a higher capital gains: as the area develops in terms of infrastructure the perceived price goes up, resulting in higher capital appreciation.
More affordable communities are outperforming the more expensive ones in terms of rental yields due to lower price points.
