It is looking to be a very productive start to 2019 for Easy18 apartments as The Real Estate Regulatory Agency reported 80.06% construction progress yesterday, on March 3, 2019. Dubai Land Department confirmed that an inspection of the project has been carried out on February 28, 2019.
Inspection notes:
At the time of inspection, mobilisation, enabling, foundation and sub-structural works were substantially completed. Super structure works are progressing at advance stages. Internal works and building envelope works are progressing as well. MEP is progressing with 2nd and 3rd fix works at different stages. Internal finishes are progressing with painting, joinery, false ceiling and tiling.
