It has been a very productive few weeks for TownX, the Easy18 structure and block work are now fully complete and finishing works have begun. Ongoing construction works include the following:
• Ground floor high level MEP
• First floor tiles fixing
• Second to third floor plastering, painting and coating
• Third and fifth floor MEP wall conducting
• Roof AC conducting and third floor AC drain pipe inside riser
• ONV content on second floor
• Front elevation plaster preparation
• Ground, second and third floor HVAC raiser duct and branch connection, rod fixing, ducting, insulation
• First floor PPR main line
• Third and fourth floor TV pull box fixing on
• Fourth floor drainage high level and fifth floor drainage risers
• WC flush tank fixing
