February has been a very productive month for the Easy18 development marking another key milestone in its construction.
Basement level and access ramps are now fully complete. One of the aspects that make this project different from competition is that TownX applies an innovative crystalline concrete admixture to Easy18 water tank for permanent waterproofing protection.
As of late February, the ground level slabs have been poured and steel-reinforced block shear walls are in place. This week, crews will begin to assemble steel frame structure for upper floors.
