Anticipating an increasing demand for unique tourist offerings, Dubai Safari is redesigning the customer experience to remain in line with shifting trends in the market and to take advantage of emerging technologies.

Additionally, once reopened, visitors can expect new engagement programmes and interactive experiences woven into the unique visitor journey.

The destination will undergo enhancement works that include more climatized areas for animals.

The management at Dubai Safari, said in a statement on Saturday: “In line with our commitment to offering a superior customer experience, the upgrades seek to provide a better habitat for our animals, and a more interactive and educational experience for our visitors.”

“We are confident that our landmark destination will help attract even higher numbers of tourists to Dubai once it reopens after the summer.”
